In readiness for all Juniors moving to our Pitchero platform, we are offering parents the opportunity to attend a drop-in session, before pre-season winter training starts in January.

As per previous communications sent out by Team Coaches on Heja, all communications currently on Heja will cease come January 2025, and all communications will take place via Pitchero. So it imperative that parents register both themselves and their players on Pitchero.

All payments for Winter nets and Annual Registration fees will be processed via our Pitchero platform, so all parents / players need to be registered on Pitchero. We also require players to submit an online registration form.

These will include player emergency contact and medical information, so that we remain compliant through the winter training programme, and providing our team coaches with the relevant contact information if and when required.

The drop-in session will allow parents to discuss the plans for 2025 season with regards setup / registration / payments with the Director of Junior Cricket, so that both the club and players remain compliant come their first training sessions in January. When specific payments will be required by will also be discussed.

Further drop-in sessions will take place in the New Year.
