To further support the development of junior cricket talent within the club, we have identified several areas we want to improve in the upcoming season.

1. Streamline all communication onto one single platform. (PITCHERO)
2. Re-structure the junior coaching setup to bring on board more senior players into coaching roles and engaging with junior players.
3. Identifying pathways for juniors into senior cricket, with the creation of a Sunday XI team.
4. Payments for Winter Nets and Summer Registration, Match Kit etc. on one platform (PITCHERO)
5. Online Registration forms, to give coaches immediate access to player medical information when required.
6. All Junior cricket matches from U11s and above to be digitally scored on Play Cricket.
7. Creation of new role (Director of Junior Cricket), to coordinate with and support all junior teams with both the transition and ongoing technical support.

Further updates will follow over the coming months from Team Coaches, providing support and guidance on what to do and when to do it, so we are all set for a great 2025 season of Junior cricket.
